Ashburnham’s wood is over 10 years old and has slowly weathered over time, each piece as individual as a fingerprint with its natural imperfections and its own unique character and beauty.

each piece of sleeper wood used has its own story - some parts of the wood still showing numbers or letters that have been carved into the wood as markings during its railway lifetime.
